Our fees for legal services rendered are very competitive and reasonable. For most Family Court and Matrimonial Actions you will be charged an hourly fee. Our Office staff will explain our fee schedule to you, free of charge. You will be billed at least every sixty (60) days for the purpose of keeping you updated on all billing. Flat fees are offered for matters such as real estate transactions and uncontested divorces. Cases such as collection matters can be charged on a contingency basis earning a percentage of your settlement will be your legal fee.

Most appointments are conducted during normal business hours. However, William C. McCulloh will make himself available to meet with you later in the evening or weekend if necessary.
